Return PolicyCheek's Custom Cages warrants that all cages will be free of defects in materials and workmanship. If our products do not meet agreed upon or published specifications, return within 30 days for a refund or credit, less shipping expenses to and from, provided the cage has not been used, damaged, or modified. A cancelation of any order after being processed will result in 20% restocking fee. We cannot be responsible, however, for flawed designs on custom orders. Our designers will try to influence the customer if we see an obvious design problem, but the final design on custom orders is the responsibility of the user. There is no refund on a custom order. Animals will be delivered in good health and are guaranteed to arrive alive. All shipped animals will have a veterinarian's health certificate. The sex of the animal, if specified, is also guaranteed to be correct. Once animals are received, they are the responsibility of the new owner. We cannot possibly know the care they receive or the lack thereof. Therefore, we cannot accept responsibility after delivery on any live animals.
